Can I use Avoxio without video?
Yes. Avoxio is designed for audio-only and in-person conversations as well as video meetings.
Can I record in-person conversations?
Avoxio is designed to support in-person conversations from a laptop, tablet or phone, subject to your organization’s consent and recording policies.
Can I upload existing recordings?
Uploaded audio and video recordings are part of the intended Avoxio workflow. Confirm supported formats during onboarding.
Does Avoxio translate conversations?
Yes. Translation runs automatically during the conversation, with original and translated captions and translated voice where configured. Available languages depend on the current product configuration.
Can it create meeting minutes?
Yes. Avoxio automatically prepares draft minutes after the conversation, together with a summary, tasks and decisions. You review and approve them.
Can Avoxio fill documents?
Yes. During the conversation, Avoxio asks the questions needed for the chosen form or document and fills in the fields automatically — you don’t have to do it yourself. You review the draft afterwards.
